A 12-year-old girl with special needs was found wandering the streets in only a diaper after police discovered horrific conditions inside the Missouri home of Crystal and Shane Ross. Crystal Ross, Shane Ross, Megan Ross and Hannah Ross were arrested after investigators alleged the girl had been locked in a dog cage for months while dozens of animals were kept in deplorable conditions.
