Luna reaches for the lid of her own casket in the cemetery of Sycamore Ridge, where a funeral procession of her own faces has just passed. The shadow child whispers from inside, and when Luna opens the casket, she finds not a body but a mirror reflecting a version of herself she does not recognize.
