A routine June 2026 encounter near Philadelphia’s Independence Mall triggered an investigation that has grown increasingly disturbing. After 44-year-old Eugene Horsch was found with guns, drugs, fake federal credentials and a woman carrying identification belonging to missing Blair Tonzelli, authorities searched his Olney home at 417 Chew Avenue. Inside, investigators discovered chemicals, five urns containing cremated remains and an enormous collection of digital evidence linked largely to Eugene’s late father, erotic filmmaker Raymond “R.C.” Horsch.
