Cassidy the Costume Fairy

In the children's book Cassidy the Costume Fairy, friends Kirsty and Rachel enjoy a spring break retreat at the Golden Palace, where they participate in a historical royal pageant. Their fun is interrupted by the villainous Jack Frost, who has stolen magical tiaras from the Princess Fairies to ruin a grand ball.
