Georgia Targets Elite DL Fakatou

Georgia Bulldogs are locked in for a major recruiting battle this weekend as they host five-star defensive lineman Marcus Fakatou, a 6’7”, 275-pound monster from Sierra Canyon who’s already ranked 32nd nationally for the 2027 class. Known for his freakish speed (4.73 40-yard dash) and even playing tight end, Fakatou is a top-tier athlete with Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Texas, and Oregon all in the mix. Coach Tray Scott personally traveled to California to scout him, and Fakatou’s visit Sunday could be pivotal in securing one of the nation’s most coveted recruits.
