Halloween is supposed to be fun...until the dead decide to join the party. All Hallow's Eve by Ellen Datlow delivers 19 dark, creepy stories packed with ghosts, monsters, rituals and things that should've stayed buried. Some were deliciously disturbing. Others....needed a little more bite.
