LIVE: Kohberger Lawsuit Against WSU — 13 Complaints Ignored Before Idaho Murders

The families of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin are suing Washington State University, and the allegations in the lawsuit are staggering. According to the 126-page complaint filed January 7th, 2026, at least 13 formal complaints were lodged against Bryan Kohberger during his single semester as a graduate teaching assistant. Women requested security escorts. Staff developed their own warning systems. A professor allegedly said if WSU gave Kohberger a PhD, they'd hear about him harassing and sexually abusing students later.
