A recent viral video has informed people that many alternative media influencers are creating a space where controversial subjects can be discussed, but only for the purposes of creating a database of dissent. The video then goes on to assert totally ridiculous conspiracies--the government will cut the power to arrest these people--that discredits the initial idea. The viral nature of the video itself is suspicious because this show has covered the history of such counter-intelligence operations for over a decade without any special promotion given online.
