In January 2026, the ACOG released its Practice Advisory on Screening for fetal Chromosomal Abnormalities. This comes after its Nov 2025 endorsement of the SMFM’s Consult Series #74, “Cell-free DNA screening for aneuploidies: Updated guidance”. In this episode we will review the key parts of this PA.
