I look at the role of social media, political ideology, nihilism, and the growing battle over narrative and “reality,” and how these forces can affect our psychological well-being.

I also break down the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship between subjective experience, objective reality, and the stories we collectively create. Ultimately, I share what I’ve observed about the qualities that seem to make people more resilient, grounded, and capable of living meaningful lives.
